Cancellation No-Show Policy
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to be flexible while respecting the time of our patients and staff. Please read and acknowledge our policy below:
Appointment Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient in need of care.
Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and may be charged a $25 no-show fee. After repeated no-shows, future appointments may require a deposit.
